No Onion No Garlic Food- Sattvic Diet

A diet sans no onion and no garlic is considered to be Sattvic in nature. Sattvic diet is based on Ayurveda and the Yogic lifestyle. This lifestyle promotes the consumption of foods that are believed to keep us calm. 

Here are our recipes that are no onion and no garlic. These recipes are ideal for the Mahalaya Paksham season and the Karthika maasam season. They are also ideal for Indian festival days and Pooja.
