Easy Oil Free Recipes
Oil free recipes may sound like a trick question, right? But if you think deeply, most recipes can easily be made without oil. In the last few years, we have been leaning towards a largely plant based diet and minimal dairy intake. As we explored the benefits of this diet, we also learned that oil is not needed to make a dish delicious.
So, I started experimenting cooking with no oil. And guess what? We didn't miss the fat one bit. And it was interesting and fun to see the outcome every time. Not once were we disappointed by the taste, texture or the flavor of the food.
Check out our zero oil recipes and try including them at least once in your diet. Please note that we are not against oil or fat. Our body needs them to function effectively. However, too much oil or fats is not advisable. We only suggest that you consume oil in moderation and try to eliminate it whenever possible.
