Lemon Mint And Cucumber Infused Detox Water

A detox water recipe that helps in improving metabolism and promotes weight loss when taken with other weight loss measures.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber 1 small sliced thinly
  • Lemon 1 small sliced thinly
  • Mint leaves 10
  • Water 1 liter

Instructions

  • Place the mint leaves in a large pitcher and slightly muddle them.
  • To this squeeze the juice from two slices of the lemon.
  • Discard the slices.
  • Now, add cucumber, lemon slices and water to this.
  • Mix well.
  • Let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Consume the first thing in the morning and continue to drink throughout the day.
  • Refill the pitcher if required.
  • Discard the remaining contents after 24 hours.
