Vegan Chocolate Overnight Oats

This ridiculously easy overnight oats with chocolate will have you craving for breakfast all day.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Crunchy unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 c Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¾ c Rolled oats

Toppings

  • 4 to 5 Hulled strawberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, almond milk, cocoa, maple syrup, cardamom powder and sea salt along with the vanilla.
  • Whisk well using a balloon whisk.
  • Now add the oats and stir well.
  • Transfer to a clean glass jar.
  • Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Garnish with berries before serving.
  • Enjoy it as a chilled breakfast.
